Exponential Acceleration Through Precise Interventions

Your organization’s results come out of thousands of decisions made every day. We help leaders find the few places where those decisions wait, bounce back or go wrong, and make small, well-aimed changes there that speed up the work depending on them.

Precise interventions in a decision system Many small decisions enter from the left along tangled paths. They pass through three small intervention points, leave in orderly streams, and join a single curve that rises more and more steeply: results that compound. Organizational Decision Systems

We are the leading experts in the field of Organizational Decision Systems.

Lukas Klose set out the case for this field in an article published by Scrum Alliance in 2026. Our model of how organizations decide draws on organization design, management cybernetics, military command and control, and safety science, and on twenty-seven years of practice.

Who we are

Klose Coaching helps organizations excel in two areas: organizational decision systems and AI. An organization’s results come out of the decisions its people make every day, and the system around those people (who is allowed to decide, what information reaches them, how mistakes get caught) shapes how good and how fast those decisions are.

AI tends to speed up whatever that system already does, the good and the broken alike. We help executives and leadership teams see their decision system clearly, strengthen it where it holds them back, and put AI to work on top of it.

What is an organizational decision system?

An organizational decision system is the set of decision rights, routines, information flows and feedback loops through which an organization makes, carries out and corrects its decisions. Organizations invest in pieces of it, such as portfolio management, objectives, delivery frameworks and training. In our experience, the system those pieces form together rarely gets the same attention, and it decides how far the pieces take you.
