This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs and processes the contact form, which we use only to reply to you.

When you contact us or book a course

We use what you send us to reply, run the course and invoice. We do not sell personal information or add you to mailing lists.

LinkedIn

We use LinkedIn's API only to publish our own content to our LinkedIn profile and company page. It receives the signed-in account's basic profile and an access token, which we store securely and use for nothing else. It does not access other members' data. Access can be revoked at any time in LinkedIn's settings.

Service providers

Providers for hosting, email, document storage and AI tools process information on our behalf. Some store it outside Canada.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, using the contact form.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
