Our Team
Lukas Klose
Klose Coaching is led by Lukas Klose, a Certified Enterprise Coach and an instructor on the Agile Leadership Certificate at the UBC Sauder School of Business. Lukas brings twenty-seven years in software engineering, large-scale delivery and organizational change, and teaches every session himself.
Experience
Lukas was formerly a programme leader responsible for a 75-person delivery organization and a portfolio of more than $20 million a year, and latterly ran platform operations at 99.99 percent availability. He has worked with hundreds of organizations, and at UBC Sauder he teaches two of the five courses on the Agile Leadership Certificate.
Courses have been delivered to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, RBC, Industrial Alliance, WorkSafeBC, Coast Capital Savings, BC Lottery Corporation, HSBC, Best Buy Canada, BCAA and UBC Sauder, either directly or through third-party training vendors, with the same instructor throughout.

Lukas’s article Scrum Beyond Teams: A Perspective on Organizational Decision-Making Capability was published by Scrum Alliance in March 2026. It argues that organizations should build the capability to decide well under uncertainty as deliberately as they build any other capability, and it is the starting point for our work on organizational decision systems.
